Nice stay in a quiet part of the city.
Location was good in a quiet area, though a little away from attractions. Subway station very close though, so easy to get to most places. Nice cafe across the river if you don't have the hotel breakfast, and fish market 5 mins walk. Really good onsen facilities, I used every night, and loved the free ice-cream etc. Staff were helpful and polite but English was limited to basics and Google.
The rooms are a little old now and could do with a touch up, but on the whole, very comfortable.
